An all-natural robust duck and veal stock, well reduced to the bind sauces of your favorite dishes. All natural, made with no flour, gelatin, salt or sodium added…Only duck and veal bones, plenty of vegetables and red wine. Use it as you would any stock! Since it is reduced simply add it to the sauté pan about 2 tablespoons, with chopped shallots, fresh herbs and reduce. You will have a delicious sauce in minutes. Keep in the freezer next to the duck fat. Then use a hot spoon to glide through when cooking.
